reported birth or residency in Tennessee in 1850 or earlier. We're well on the way to solving
many of the mysteries of our family tree!

information was uncovered which stated two different theories of a Pryor's parentage, birth
or death dates, or spouse, the information most consistent with documented
sources has been included in this list. If no documented
sources have
been located, names and data have not been added to the list. Of course,
if source information is obtained the list will be updated and
revised.

Sources ... The Tennessee Pryors on this list were obtained from census records, marriage, death records, and Internet genealogies. Many transcriptions of the census records are located on this website in the sections "TN Census Records" and "US Census Records"
